Updated cookie storage and authentication, completed user management(create, update, view and delete), create download API for dashboard

Added user management API's, create users is completed but requires to add more data validations, update, delete and view API is created. Created the script for View but the response requires formatting.

Updated decryption of function form handlers to move utils

Removed project id and formatted the url request data and the collection of the request.

Updated the code

Updated the code with cookie and token generation, added the redis db for token storage in server side, added fields for google and microsoft login, added updation of login time.
